The pandemic and subsequent lockdown measures have led to a drop in footfall on our high streets. But even though some shoppers are unwilling to return to stores, we believe there is still an opportunity for retailers to engage with stay-at-home shoppers.

To discover more about attitudes towards shopping in the current climate, we conducted an industry-wide survey of 1,000 consumers.

The results of our survey uncovered that consumers have a big appetite for remote engagement with retailers.
